Síndrome caracterizado por un enfriamiento simétrico de las extremidades. Se observa especialmente en mujeres; se debe a un espasmo vascular con apertura refleja de anastomosis arteriovenosas.
<(F.): Acropoikilothermie: syndrome caractérisé par le refroidissement symétrique des extrémités. On l'observe surtout chez la femme; il est dû à un spasme vasculaire avec ouverture réflexe des anastomoses artérioveineuses.
