Medicamentos elaborados a partir de tres sustancias activas antirretrovirales, como mínimo, utilizados en el tratamiento de las infecciones relacionadas con los retrovirus y que elevan las esperanzas de vida de los pacientes de VIH.

Antiretrovirale Therapie kann auch die Lebenserwartung HIV-Infizierter deutlich verlängern, jedoch keine vollständige Eradikation des Virus – und damit eine Heilung – bewirken.
