Arteria ethmoidalis anterior: la arteria oftálmica da un tronco común para las dos arterias etmoidales. LOa anterior se introduce por el conducto etmoidal anterior y se va a distribuir por las celdas etmoidales anteriores, seno frontal, mucosa nasal y duramadre. Ramas colaterales: etmoidal, meníngea, frontal y cutáneas.
