Wilheim His (1831-1904). Anatómico suizo considerado el padre de la embriología humana. A él se debe la división embriológica del encéfalo. Describió el desarrollo del pabellón auricular por lo que llevan su nombre los coluculli de His, formaciones ectodérmicas que dan origen al mismo.
