MUSCULO INTERARITENOIDEO.

 

 
   Musculus arytenoideus:  impar, medio y simétrico, situado bajo la mucosa faríngea y por detrás de los cartílagos aritenoides y de la depresión que los separa. Comprende dos planos musculares, uno anterior o profundo que es el músculo interaritenoideo transverso, y otro posterior o superficial que es el músculo intearitenoideo oblicuo.
 
   <(A.): Interarytenoidmuskel: mit Ursprung im Muskelfortsatz des Arytenoidknorpels, mit Insertion am Gipfel des Arytenoidknorpels der Gegenseite und der Aryepiglottisfalte bis zum Kehldeckel, mit Nervenspeisung vom Nervus laryngeus recurrentis, und dessen Wirkung die Rima glottidis verengt; schräger Arytenoidmuskel. Ein Band von Muskelfasern, das zwischen den beiden Arytenoidknorpeln nach hinten verläuft, vom Nervus laryngeus recurrens versorgt wird und durch seine Wirkung die Rima glottidis verengt; transversaler Arytenoidmuskel.
 
   <(F.): Muscle ary-aryténoïdien ou interaryténoïdien: impair et médian, tendu en deux faisceaux, oblique et transverse, entre les cartilages aryténoïdes, et pour certaines fibres formant le muscle aryténo-épiglottique jusqu'à l'épiglotte. Il est commandé par le nerf laryngé inférieur. Il est constricteur de la glotte et abaisse l'épiglotte.
 
   <(In.): Interarytenoid muscle: with its origin in the muscular process of the arytenoid cartilage, with insertion to the summit of the arytenoid cartilage of the opposite side and the aryepiglottic fold as far as the epiglottis, with nerve supply from the recurrent laryngeal nerve, and whose action narrows the rima glottidis; oblique arytenoid muscle. A band of muscular fibers passing between the two arytenoid cartilages posteriorly, with nerve supply from the recurrent laryngeal nerve, and whose action narrows the rima glottidis; transverse arytenoid muscle.
