NERVIO ALVEOLAR SUPERIOR MEDIO

 
  Ramus alveolaris medius superior: sólo existe en el 70% de las personas. Nace del nervio infraorbitario en el suelo de la órbita, aunque también puede hacerlo del nervio maxilar superior en la fosa pterigopalatina. Luego puede seguir la pared externa, posterior o anterior del seno maxilar y termina por encima de las raíces dentarias premolares.
 
   <(A.): Nervus alveolaris middle superior: Dieser Nerv entspringt dem Nervus infraorbitalis, der die Fortsetzung des Nervus maxillaris an der Infraorbitalfurche des Oberkiefers ist. Er verläuft dann im seitlichen Aspekt der Kieferhöhle nach unten und nach vorne. Er tritt in den Plexus dentalis superior ein und versorgt mit Ästen die oberen Prämolaren.
 
   <(F.): Nerf alvéolaire superiure moyen: provient du nerf infraorbitaire dans le sillon infraorbitaire, passe à travers l´os dans la paroi latéral  du sinus maxillaire et innerve les prémolaires par le plexus alvéolaire supérieur.
 
   <(In.): Middle superior alveolar nerve: this nerve springs from the infraorbital nerve, which is the continuation of the maxillary nerve at the infraorbital groove of the maxilla. It then runs downwards and forwards in the lateral aspect of the maxillary sinus. It enters the superior dental plexus and provide branches to the upper premolar teeth.
