OJAL RETROCONDÍLEO DE JUVARA

 
   Está formado por el ligamento esfeno-mandibular (esfeno-maxilar) medialmente y el cuello del cóndilo de la mandíbula (maxilar inferior) lateralmente. El ligamento esfeno-mandibular (esfeno-maxilar) es considerado como un engrosamiento del borde posterior de la aponeurosis interpterigoidea. Este espacio u orificio permite la comunicación entre las regiones parotídea e infra temporal (pterigomaxilar). Este orificio permite además el paso de la arteria maxilar o maxilar interna, la vena maxilar y el nervio auriculotemporal. Estas estructuras conforman el pedículo vásculo-nervioso retrocondíleo.
 
   <(In.): Retrokondyläres Knopfloch von Juvara: Es besteht aus dem Ligamentum sphene-mandibulare (Sphene-Kiefer) medial und dem Hals des Kondylus des Unterkiefers (Unterkiefer) lateral. Das Ligamentum sphene-mandibulare (Sphene-Kiefer) wird als eine Verdickung des hinteren Randes der Aponeurose interpterigoidea angesehen. Dieser Raum oder dieses Loch ermöglicht die Kommunikation zwischen der Ohrspeicheldrüse und der infra temporalen Region (pterigomaxilar). Dieses Loch ermöglicht auch den Durchgang der Arteria maxillaris und der Arteria maxillaris, der Vena maxillaris und des Nervus auriculotemporalis. Diese Strukturen bilden den neurovaskulären Pedikel retrocondileo.
