Saccus endolympahaticus: es una prolongación intracraneal del laberinto membranoso en forma de saco ciego, ovalado, formado a partir del conducto endolinfático, alojado en un desdoblamiento de la duramadre en la fosa craneal posterior. Un tercio del mismo es intraóseo y el resto extraóseo. Su interior está lleno de túbulos con funciones secretoras y de reabsorción de la endolinfa. Quirúrgicamente puede ser abordado por vía transmastoidea. <(A.): Endolymphatischer Sack: eine intrakranielle Erweiterung des häutigen Labyrinths in Form eines blinden, ovalen Sackes, in den der Ductus endolymphaticus mündet; er befindet sich in einem Spalt in der Dura mater in der hinteren Schädelgrube. Der chirurgische Zugang kann transmastoidal erfolgen.
