Faringoamigdalitis aguda que aparece en estados de agranulocitosis y que se caracteriza por ulceraciones necróticas en la mucosa de la orofaringe y de la boca. <(F.): Angine agranulocytaire: pharyngite aiguë montré dans les états du agranulocytose, qui se caractérise par des ulcérations des muqueuses nécrotiques de la bouche et de l'oropharynx.
