ÁREA DE BROCA

 
   Área de la corteza cerebral que se encuentra al pie de la tercera circunvolución frontal izquierda, perteneciente al tercio inferolateral de la corteza motora asociativa específica y situada inmediatamente delante de la parte de la circunvolución frontal ascendente que dirige la acción de la musculatura bucofonatoria. Esta zona descifra el material sonoro que constituye el lenguaje.
 
   <(A): Broca areal: Areal der Großhirnrinde am Fuß des linken dritten Gyrus frontalis, das zum inferolateralen Drittel des spezifischen assoziativen motorischen Kortex gehört und unmittelbar vor dem Teil des aufsteigenden Gyrus frontalis liegt, der die Tätigkeit der buccophonatorischen Muskulatur steuert. Dieser Bereich produziert das Klangmaterial, das die Sprache ausmacht.
 
   <(F.): Aire de Broca: zone située au pied de la troisième circonvolution frontale gauche, appartenant au tiers inféro-externe du cortex associatif spécifique moteur et localisée immédiatement devant la partie de la circonvolution frontale ascendante qui dirige l'action de la musculature bucco-phonatoire. Cette aire réalise la matière sonore constitutive du langage.
 
   <(In.): Broca's area:  Area located at the base of the left inferior frontal gyrus, one third of which belongs to the inferior-external area of the specific motor association cortex, and located immediately before the portion of the ascending frontal gyrus that directs bucco-phonatory action. This area produces the sound material that makes up language.
