ARTERIA LARÍNGEA MEDIA

 

   Tiene su origen en la arteria tiroidea superior. En un principio es satélite del nervio laríngeo externo, desciende hasta alcanzar el borde interior del cartílago cricoides donde se ramifica. Unas ramas forman las arterias cricotiroideas que son extralaríngeas y otras atraviesan la membrana cricotiroidea para hacerse endolaríngeas.
   Sinónimos: arteria laringea anteroinferior, arteria laríngea externa, arteria laríngea crico-tiroidea, rama cricotiroidea.
 
   <(A.): Mittlere kehlkopfrterie: es hat seinen Ursprung in der oberen Schilddrüsenarterie. Zunächst ist er ein Satellit des Nervus laryngeus externa, der zum inneren Rand des Ringknorpels absteigt und sich dort verzweigt. Einige Äste bilden die A. cricothyroidea, die extra-alaryngeal verlaufen, und andere durchqueren die Membran der Krikothyreose, um endolaryngeal zu werden.
   Synonyme: anteroinferiore Kehlkopfarterie, äußere Kehlkopfarterie, Kehlkopfarterie der Krikothyreose, Krikothyreozweig.
 
   <(F.): Artère laryngée moyenne: elle prend naissance dans l'artère thyroïdienne supérieure. Au début, c'est un satellite du nerf laryngé externe, qui descend jusqu'au bord intérieur du cartilage cricoïde où il se ramifie. Certaines branches forment les artères cricothyroïdiennes qui sont extra-alaryngiennes et d'autres traversent la membrane cricothyroïdienne pour devenir endolaryngiennes.
   Synonymes : artère laryngée antéro-inférieure, artère laryngée externe, artère laryngée cricothyroïde, branche cricothyroïde.
 
   <(In.): Cricothyroid artery: It originates in the upper thyroid artery. At first it is a satellite of the external laryngeal nerve, descending to the inner edge of the cricoid cartilage where it branches out. Some branches form the cricothyroid arteries which are extra-alaryngeal and others cross the cricothyroid membrane to become endolaryngeal.
   Synonyms: anteroinferior laryngeal artery, external laryngeal artery, cricothyroid laryngeal artery, cricothyroid branch.
