Cuarto arco del aparato branquial que dará origen a: el nervio laríngeo superior. El arco aórtico (izquierda) y arteria subclavia proximal (derecha), los músculos cricotiroideo, cricofaringeo, constrictor inferior y los cartílagos de la laringe tiroideo y cuneiforme.

<(A.): Vierter Kiemenbogen: viertes Teilstück des Kiemenapparates, aus dem der obere Kehlkopfnerv entspringt. Der Aortenbogen (links) und die proximale Schlüsselbeinarterie (rechts), die Krikothyreose, der Krikopharynx, die unteren Verengungsmuskeln und die Knorpel der Schilddrüse und des Keilbein-Larynx.

<(F.): Quatrième arc branchial: quatrième arc de l'appareil branchial qui donne naissance au nerf laryngé supérieur. L'arc aortique (à gauche) et l'artère sous-clavière proximale (à droite), le cricothyroïde, le cricopharynx, les muscles constricteurs inférieurs et les cartilages de la thyroïde et du larynx cunéiforme.
