CUARTA BOLSA BRANQUIAL

   La cuarta bolsa del aparato braquial da origen a las glándulas paratiroides superiores. Cuando la glándula paratiroides se separa de la pared de la faringe, se fija a la tiroides que está emigrando en dirección caudal situándose en la cara dorsal de esta glándula.

   <(F.): Quatrième poche branchiale: la quatrième poche de l'appareil brachial donne naissance aux glandes parathyroïdes supérieures. Lorsque la glande parathyroïde se sépare de la paroi pharyngienne, elle s'attache à la thyroïde, qui migre dans le sens du flux, et se trouve sur la face dorsale de la glande. 
 
   <(In): Fourth branchial pouch: the fourth pouch of the brachial apparatus gives rise to the superior parathyroid glands. When the parathyroid gland separates from the wall of the pharynx, it is attached to the thyroid which is migrating in the direction of the flow and is located on the dorsal side of this gland.
