ENDOLINFA

 
   Endolympha: líquido claro y albuminoso que ocupa el interior del laberinto membranoso del oído interno. Esta separado de la perilinfa por las paredes de estas estructuras y sólo en estado patológico ambos se mezclan. Ambos líquidos difieren mucho en su composición química. Se cree que la endolinfa es producida en la estría vascular se desconoce el lugar de su absorción. Se le atribuyen funciones de nutrición de las células ciliadas vestibulares y del órgano de Corti.
   Sinónimos: líquido endolinfático, Líquido de Scarpa.
 
   <(A): Endolymphe: klare, eiweißhaltige Flüssigkeit, die sich im Inneren des häutigen Labyrinths des Innenohrs befindet. Sie ist durch die Wände dieser Strukturen von der Perilymphe getrennt, und nur in einem pathologischen Zustand vermischen sich die beiden. Die beiden Flüssigkeiten unterscheiden sich stark in ihrer chemischen Zusammensetzung. Man geht davon aus, dass die Endolymphe in der Stria vascularis produziert wird, aber der Ort ihrer Aufnahme ist unbekannt. Ihm wird eine nährende Funktion für die vestibulären Haarzellen und das Corti-Organ zugeschrieben.

Elle est séparée de la périlymphe par les parois de ces structures et ce n'est que dans un état pathologique que les deux se mélangent. Les deux fluides diffèrent grandement dans leur composition chimique. On pense que l'endolymphe est produite dans la stria vascularis, mais le site de son absorption est inconnu. On lui attribue des fonctions nourricières pour les cellules ciliées vestibulaires et l'organe de Corti.
