Fístula consecutiva a erosión de la cápsula laberíntica producida por un colesteatoma, granulaciones o expansión de la mucosa durante el proceso inflamatorio o bien como consecuencia de una intervención quirúrgica de estapedectomía o mastoidectomia.

Les fistules du labyrinthe osseux exposent à une atteinte cochléaire, soit spontanément, soit lors du traitement chirurgical. Elles s’observent presque exclusivement dans les otites cholestéatomateuses, en dehors de cas exceptionnels d’ostéite non cholestéatomateuse.
