ABSCESO

 
   Acumulación y encapsulamiento de humor localizado en una cavidad debido a un proceso patológico inflamatorio.
 
   <(A.): Abszeß: eiterherd, abgegrenzte Eiteransammlung in einem Gewebshohlraum, im fortgeschriettenen Stadium von einer Membran oder Kapsel aus entzündlichem  Granulationsgewebe umgeben.
 
   <(F.): Abcès: un abcès est une accumulation locale de pus après nécrose dans une cavité néoformée. Un abcès superficiel peut présenter des symptômes comme rougeur, douleur et chaleur (composantes de l’inflammation).
 
   <(Ing.): Absces: collection of pus that has accumulated in a cavity formed by the tissue in which the pus resides on the basis of an infectious process or other foreign materials. It is a defensive reaction of the tissue to prevent the spread of infectious materials to other parts of the body.
