AGGER NASI

 
   Porción o área de la pared lateral del meato medio nasal, que se encuentra inmediatamente por delante del processus uncinatus o apófisis unciforme, conteniendo una celdilla que es la más anterior de las celdillas etmoidales. Puede ser más o menos procidente según su grado de neumatización. Su celdilla desemboca en la porción anterior del hiato semilunar.

   <(Ing): The agger nasi cell; nasal ridge. are the most anterior ethmoid air cells and are located anterior, lateral, and inferior to the frontal recess (frontal recess is an hourglass-shaped channel communication between the frontal sinus and the anterior ethmoidal sinus).
