Rama colateral de la arteria meníngea media. Acompaña al gran nervioso petroso superficial en el hiato de Falopio y después se anastomosa con la arteria estilo-mastoidea en el conducto de Falopio. Se distribuye por la mucosa de la pared interna del ático.
<(F): Artère pétreuse superficielle: première branche de l´artère méningée moyenne. Elle pénètre dans le hiatus du canal du nerf grand pétreux; s´anastomose avec l´artère stylo-mastoïdienne dans le canal facial au niveau du coude parfois au niveau du ganglion fénicullé.
<(Ing): Petrosal rami: first branch of the middle meningeal artery. She enters the hiatus greater petrosal nerve channels; artery anastomoses with the pen in the mastoid facial canal at the elbow sometimes at the fénicullé ganglion.
