Ductus endolymphaticus: conducto formado por la reunión de los conductos utricular y sacular y termina ciegamente por un ensanchamiento que es el saco endolinfático. Discurre alojado en el interior del acueducto del vestíbulo óseo y rodeado por el conducto perilinfático. Su longitud es de 3´5 mm. y su diámetro es muy estrecho de 0´05 mm. En su trayecto describe una concavidad inferior y externa, hasta alcanzar en la cara cerebelosa del peñasco la fosita ungueal, donde se ensancha para formar el saco endolinfático que queda incluido en un desdoblamiento de la duramadre.

<(A.): Endolymphatischer Gang: Gang, der durch das Zusammentreffen des Ductus utricularis und des Ductus saccularis gebildet wird und blind in einer Erweiterung endet, die den endolymphatischen Sack darstellt. Er verläuft innerhalb des Aquädukts des knöchernen Vorhofs und ist vom Ductus perilymphaticus umgeben. Er ist 3,5 mm lang und hat einen sehr geringen Durchmesser von 0,05 mm. In ihrem Verlauf beschreibt sie eine untere und äußere Einbuchtung, bis sie die Kleinhirnseite des Kleinhirns an der Nagelgrube erreicht, wo sie sich zum endolymphatischen Sack erweitert, der in eine Auffaltung der Dura mater eingeschlossen ist.

Il se trouve à l'intérieur de l'aqueduc du vestibule osseux et est entouré par le canal périlymphatique. Il mesure 3,5 mm de long et a un diamètre très étroit de 0,05 mm. Dans son parcours, il décrit une concavité inférieure et externe, jusqu'à atteindre le côté cérébelleux du cervelet au niveau de la fosse unguéale, où il s'élargit pour former le sac endolymphatique, qui est inclus dans un déploiement de la dure-mère.
