NERVIO MILOHIOIDEO

 
   Nervus mylohyoideus: rama motora del maxilar inferior que  corre con el alveolar inferior y se separa de él antes de entrar en el canal mandibular. Sigue hacia delante y hacia abajo, por un canal de la rama mandíbula, para llegar a la superficie inferior del músculo milohioideo, donde se divide para inervar el fascículo anterior del digástrico y el milohioideo.
   Sinónimos: nervio del músculo milohioideo.
 
   <(A.): Nervus mylohyoideus: Er entspringt aus dem Alveolaris inferior, kurz bevor er in das Foramen mandibulae eintritt. Er entspringt in einer Furche an der tiefen Oberfläche des Ramus mandibulae und erreicht die Unterseite des Mylohyoideus und versorgt diesen Muskel und den vorderen Bauch des Digastricus. Verlauf und Verteilung: Es handelt sich um einen Ast des Nervus alveolaris inferior, der dem hinteren Stamm der mandibulären Abteilung des Nervus trigeminus entspringt. Er durchdringt das Ligamentum sphenomandibulare und verläuft auf der medialen Oberfläche des Ramus mandibulae in einer speziellen Rinne an diesem Knochen, um die mylohyoide Linie zu erreichen, von wo aus er Zugang zum unteren Aspekt des Mylohyoids erhält. Er gibt auch einen Ast zum vorderen Bauch des Digastricus. Äste: muskuläre Äste zum Mylohyoid; muskulärer Ast zum vorderen Bauch des Digastricus. Wurzel: motorischer Nucleus des N. trigeminus im Boden des 4. Ventrikels an der oberen Pons.
 
   <(F.): Nerf mylo-hyoïdien, nerf du muscle mylo-hyoïdien: le muscle mylo-hyoïdien est innervé par le nerf du mylo-hyoïdien issu du nerf alvéolaire inférieur.
 
   <(In.): Mylohyoid nerve: is derived from the inferior alveolar just before it enters the mandibular foramen. It descends in a groove on the deep surface of the ramus of the mandible, and reaching the under surface of the mylohyoideus supplies this muscle and the anterior belly of the digastricus. Course and distribution: this is a branch of the inferior alveolar nerve, which springs from posterior trunk of mandibular division of the trigeminal nerve. It pierces the sphenomandibular ligament and runs on the medial surface of the ramus of the mandible in a special groove on that bone, to reach the mylohyoid line from where it gains access to the inferior aspect of the mylohyoid. It also gives a branch to the anterior belly of digastric. Branches: muscular branches to the mylohyoid; Muscular branch to anterior belly of digastric. Root: motor nucleus of trigeminal nerve in the floor of the 4th ventricle at the upper pons.
