SIGNO DE BRUDZINSKI

 
    La flexión del cuello en un paciente provoca la flexión de las caderas y de las rodillas. Es un signo de irritación meníngea. No es del todo fiable y puede estar ausente, típicamente por debajo de los 18 meses de edad. Esta producido por la irritación de las raíces de los nervios motores que pasan a través de las meninges inflamadas cuando están bajo tensión.
 
   <(A.): Brudzinski-Zeichen: Die Beugung des Halses bei einem Patienten verursacht die Beugung der Hüften und Knie. Es ist ein Zeichen für eine meningeale Reizung. Sie ist nicht ganz zuverlässig und kann fehlen, typischerweise unter 18 Monaten. Sie wird durch eine Reizung der motorischen Nervenwurzeln verursacht, die unter Spannung die entzündeten Hirnhäute durchqueren.
 
   <(F.): Signe de Brudzinski: la flexion du cou chez un patient provoque la flexion des hanches et des genoux. C'est un signe d'irritation méningée. Il n'est pas entièrement fiable et peut être absent, généralement avant l'âge de 18 mois. Elle est causée par l'irritation des racines des nerfs moteurs qui traversent les méninges enflammées lorsqu'elles sont sous tension.
 
   <(In): Brudzinski's sign: The bending of the neck in a patient causes the bending of the hips and knees. It is a sign of meningeal irritation. It is not entirely reliable and may be absent, typically below 18 months of age. It is caused by irritation of the motor nerve roots that pass through the inflamed meninges when they are under tension.
